A vacuum rotary packaging machine is an automated device capable of processing multiple packaging bags simultaneously, automatically completing a series of processes including bag picking, opening, filling, vacuuming, sealing, and unloading. I. Key Functions and Technical Highlights

 

1. Intelligent Control and Operation: Most machines utilize PLCs and touchscreens from brands such as Siemens and Mitsubishi, enabling parameter setting, recipe storage, fault self-diagnosis, and one-button start/stop, making operation extremely convenient.

 

2. Automated Adjustment: When changing to different sized packaging bags, parameters can be input via the touchscreen, and the servo motor automatically adjusts the bag width and related mechanisms, eliminating the need for manual tools and reducing changeover time to less than 5 minutes.

 

3. Comprehensive Detection System: The equipment is equipped with multiple sensors that automatically detect abnormalities such as "no bag," "unopened," and "unfilled," automatically rejecting defective products and reducing waste.

II. Core Working Principle Its workflow is generally as follows:

 

1. Bag Pickup: A robotic arm picks up a packaging bag from the side bag reservoir.

 

2. Printing: Optional, printing the production date or batch number on the bag.

 

3. Bag Opening: The bag opening is opened using a suction cup, and air is blown to fully open the bag.

 

4. Filling: The measured product is injected into the bag through a funnel (can be connected to a computer-controlled scale, liquid filling machine, etc.).

 

5. Shaping: For products requiring a regular shape, vibration or tapping is applied.

 

6. Pre-sealing: The bag opening is gently pressed to prevent the product from falling out when entering the vacuum chamber.

 

7. Vacuum Sealing: The bag enters the vacuum chamber at the workstation, where air is evacuated and heat-sealed.

 

8. Cooling and Shaping: After heat sealing, the bag cools naturally, making the seal more secure.

 

9. Bag Unloading: The finished bag is automatically released and slides onto the conveyor belt to enter the next stage.
